I once took my SUV into a Auto Detailer/Car Wash after a long road trip with 5 kids. I paid for the ultimate detail ($179) for the whole package - wax, buff, carpet shampoo, leather shampoo and conditioner, and dash wipe down and shine. When they were done 3 hours later I was left with a vehicle that had wax residue all over the vehicle from the wax job, the carpets were soaked and still had dirt and Sand that I had to vacuum myself and all the windows with streaks on them. Needless to say we were highly disappointed that this well known Car Wash did such a terrible job and they did nothing to fix or try to make it right. the whole thing felt rushed and they did not care about their work or the customers happiness. So the next day Platinum Mobile Detailing was opened for business!
